Notes
The Russian National Museum of Music (formerly known as the Glinka State Central Museum of Musical Culture) has details of a ‘concert with reading’ on this date. The concert is confirmed by Val'kova (vol. 1, p. 130), who refers to it as a Literature Evening for the Literary-Artistic Circle, noting Rachmaninoff's 'piano solo' in the second part of the concert, also indicating that Grzhimali performed two violin solos in the first part.
