Notes
A review in the Nationaltidende on February 16 notes that Rachmaninoff played two of his own compositions as encores. The attached press clipping gives the name of the venue as Den Store Palæsal [Great Palace Hall]. Originally known as the Berckentin Palace, a large concert hall was built in the late 19th century, and the building was purchased by the Odd Fellow Order in 1900.
